i have a bump near my vigina. i think i have it for almost 2 days now and its getting painful.also im virgin so i dont know what caused this. is it something serious?

: It is possibly a boil or a furuncle which is an infection of the skin gland. It does not sound serious Use local heat and dont touch it. It should subside. If it opens up clean the area with soap and water and apply OTC antibiotic ointment. If it gets bigger pl see your Doc
