The : The best thing to do would be to see your healthcare provider and have an examination and cultures.  They might just be reactionary, but it is best to have cultures to be sure it isn't an infectious type of rash.  If you have pain, fever, or discharge then you must be seen immediately.

Not likely dangerous: Could be a cyst from plugged gland. If not improving within a couple weeks, or if getting painful, then see a gynecologist or primary care doctor who does gynecology.

Many causes: The most likely diagnosis is a Bartholin's cyst which is a benign accumulation of fluid from the Bartholin gland in a cystic cavity.  This can be easily dealt with by your ON-GYN .  There are other causes which can be ruled out at that time
