^ flatus can occur w: Pregnancy but is not diagnostic for it. Classic pregnancy sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Take hpt to know.

Pregnancy Maybe.: The first question to answer was "when was your last menstrual period"?  If you have not missed a menstrual period then this goes farther down on the list of probability.  What is very common this time of year would be Viral illnesses that can cause fever and muscle aches
 Sinus infections  can drain causing a sore throat , nausea and perhaps vomiting.

It can be: It is common to feel sick to your stomach in early pregnancy.  It usually would not start until you are at least 2 weeks late for your period.  If you also missed a period, you should take a pregnancy test.

Possibly: If you were recently sexually active w/o protection, you could be pregnant - would recommend  home pregnancy test for starters.  If pain continues or worsens, or if you are pregnant, you should be seen by a physician for an evaluation.

Many causes: Abdominal pain can be associated with many different etiologies. Chronic abdominal pain is a common complaint and could be associated with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  LUQ pain could be splenic etiology. Epigastric could be pancreatitis, ulcer or other gastric etiology. Pregnancy should be considered. You should see your PMD if persistent or worse. Diarrhea causes: Crampy diarrhea typically results from infection, an inflammatory process of the gut, gut ischemia, malabsorption, maldigestion, altered gut, transit, functional issues (like ibs).  Medical evaluation is recommended appropriate to the duration of your symptoms, associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as your other medical co-morbidities. Pregnancy is possible but low on list.

Stretching: Sometimes, the skin can stretch and cause an enlarged stomach area after pregnancy, especially two.  Exercises that concentrate on your "core" can help to tone up the area and often need to be done, as time does not always bring it back into its pre-pregnancy state.  Best wishes.

i am30weeks pregnant, i have a pink painful bubble on my anus/rectum. its painful to sit or even to fart. i have never been constipation for the duration of the pregnancy. what can i do to ease or treat this balloon?

Consult: The bubble might be a hemorrhoid. I would consult with your obstetrian if is particularly large. Your provider can help to identify what the lesion is.

i experience some bubble sensation in lower ab. might be the uterus/ovaries. no chance of pregnancy, normal period. what can be causing this?

GI: I would think that the symptoms are more likely related to bowels gurgling.  If you are not having pain fever or diarrhea likely not a problem.
