See below: Soak in warm water with epsom salt to try to get the area to open on its own.  Apply antiseptic and bandaid.

Investigation Needed: Side to side compression of the heel can be indicative of a stress fracture of the calcaneus.  However, the feeling of bubbles under the foot when pressed on both feet is an uncommon symptom.  It would be best to see your podiatrist or an orthopedist who specializes specifically in foot and ankle treatment for further investigation of your symptoms.

Eczema or Simplex: Skin with 'bubbles or blisters' may be dyshidrotic eczema which is common on hands and feet. It may be due to contact to an allergic agent so the strategy is to find/remove the offending allergen. Another possiblity is a manifestation if herpes simplex.  You should see your primary care doctor or dermatologist for confirmation.

after having a pedicure done, i noticed a fungus-type of growth on my foot. it has spread from heel to between toes, also spread to two of my fingers. looks like bubbles. used travacort ointment, did not work / keeps spreading rapidly ?

Eczema: If these are very small and somewhat deep in the skin, this is dyshidrotic eczema which responds very well to potent topical steroids.

Hard to tell: But it may be from something on your shoes causing an irritant reaction. Pay attention to the timing on the shoes worn and the appearance of the rash.  Since it does not itch , allergy is unlikely the cause.

Blister?: A blister? Did fluid ooze out? Did the bubble disapear? There is also a form of athletes foot called bullous tinea pedis but this would more likely give you multiple little tiny blisters.
