See an Orthopaedist: Bruised hips will heal with conservative care (rest and therapy) but a fracture may require surgery. Best to see an orthopaedic surgeon and have x-rays taken to identify bruise vs.Fracture. Appropriate treatment can then be recommended.

Bruised hip: Any part of the body that gets bruised and doesn't go away needs to be looked at by your doctor.  You mention some possible factors but there are other possibilities.  Being underweight, fragile, and inactive need to be brought to your doctor's attention.  Peace and good health.

If still: Ambulatory then activity as tolerated.  If severe pain with walking may want to consider an x-ray of the hip and pelvis.

This is one of those: things that would be best evaluated with a comprehensive history, physical examination and any indicated studies.  If you haven't considered it - look into Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to deal with your emotions. Take good care of you.

got the pfizer vaccine 2 days ago, now have developed a few purple petechiae spots on back and bruise on hip, could this be from the vaccine?

: So far, there are no clear cut cases of coagulopathy or thrombocytopenia from this vaccine.  But would not hurt to have your doctor do a CBC screen and/ or other hematological tests.  But suspect this is due to superficial trauma and NOT the vaccine.

Symptoms are vague: Difficult to say what this might be from but it certainly sounds worthwhile and reasonable to get an OBgyn exam possibly with an ultrasound to see. There can be many many causes, benign as well malignant, that give the symptoms you describe

Strengthen muscles: If u r not having acl reconstructive surgery then work on strengthening your quadriceps muscle and inquire about being fit for a custom functional acl brace (don-joy or breg make good quality braces ). Discuss w/ your ors... And your other symptoms. Good luck!
