Mostly yes: Breasts can get much enlarged and swollen which can make them more susceptible to bumps and bruising. Wear a good support bra, and take good care of them. Best wishes.

Support Bra!: you must be referring to the axillary tail of the breast.
One thing that may help alot is right fitting supportive maternity bras:

wider straps
soft cups as opposed to underwire
cotton and breathable fabrics to keep you cool

Also:
loose fitting clothes
try cold compress over the area 
warm showers

hii so ive missed my period. i was spotting during the week that it was suppose to have come. my breasts feel heavy and my nipples are tender and kind of tingly. i have taken two pregnancy tests and they came out negative. should i retest?

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Late period : Follow up with gyn may need ultrasound  as ectopic may not present  with significant HCG  , blood HCG is at times more definitive.  follow up with gyn

Early pregnancy sxs can include: lack of period, breast swelling ; tenderness with darkened areolas, fatigue, increased urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, increased gas ; insomnia.

It's normal : Some people feel relatively good in the first trimester, others not so much. Your hormones are still rising rapidly and you may still experience nausea, food/smell aversion, cramping and spotting. But if you don't it doesn't mean you should worry, you are likely just very fortunate!
