Leave them alone: Leave the lesions alone so that they can heal. A comedone extractor is sometimes used for this purpose. Squeezing the skin harms it.

Bruise: The amount of time it takes to heal is highly variable from person to person.For the first 24 hours, i would ice the effected area to minimize the spread of the bruise. After 48 hours, heat may be applied to allow the blood to disperse about the body.

: The rate of healing will vary between individuals with the intensity of the injury. This is from broken capillaries near the skin. You can try a cosmetic cover if desired while it heals. Using moist heat in the area from a heating pad can increase local blood flow and speed the healing process. I would expect it to take at least a week or so to fade.
