8 months postpartum and i just now am getting brown spots under eyes and above upper lip. is this a late mask of pregnancy or vitamin deficincy? fix?

Melasma...: This could be melasma which is increased pigmentation of the skin in areas exposed to the sun. To avoid getting worse use high SPF(protective) sunscreen lotion. There are a few creams that can be used, like for example hydroquinone, for treatment but needs to be prescribed. I would suggest you to see a Dermatologist(skin doctor) for final diagnosis and treatment.

Not sure: I would see my primary care doctor. These are very common and may be freckles but can be a indication of high cholesterol. Because i cannot see them myself, i would ask you to see your doctor.

Hormonal  infection: There are many causes of acne which is very common in young persons more in girls. Depending on individual skin types one may suggest some home remedies.
Consider good night sleep, exercise, fruits and vegitables (vitamin c) and not washing face too often (avoid hot water).
Use 4 tablets of asprin grind with cactus juice and apply over skin but avoid getting into eyes.

See your doctor: You have too many conditions happening at the same time to be able to address them here, without having a physical examination done by your doctor. It sounds like it's time to be seen for your annual physical, and to address these concerns with her/him. After the exam, s/he will know what other tests to order. You may want to have your vitamin d3, and micronutrient level checked as well.

Melanosis: The brown spots on the white of the eye may from a variety of reasons.  In dark skin people, it may normal.  In white, sun exposed people, it may be melanoma.  Highly recommend seeing an ophthalmologist and having it photo-documented and followed.

Melanosis or Nevi: If you are african-american these may represent benign conjunctival melanosis. Or, if isolated area could be a conjunctival nevus (freckle). You can also have pigmented spots in sclera for many reason. If a significant issue i would consider an evaluation.

More prominent: pigment in parts of the iris is relatively normal, but if you find it concerning as it appears you do then by all means have it evaluated by an ophthalmologist.  If I was uncertain about a pigment in my iris I would do exactly the same thing.
