Prolactin: Have you had a prolactin level drawn?  Is the milk discharge on both sides of your breast and is it spontaneous or do you have to squeeze it?   How high is the prolactin level? See below: Alimentum, neocate and pregestimil are known as elemental formulas-indicated for milk protein allergies.  Other than breast, they are the mainstream choices.  They are expensive and taste is usually hands down terrible. Try to pump and save your breast milk. If in short supply, you may mix the formula w/breast milk to allow gradual adaptation to the formula.

Bizarre question: You mean pumped and stored or day to day? Although breast milk is nutritious it would only work as a tempory bridge for survival. If a refrigerator or freezer were packed with a significant supply, it might sustain someone for a period, but the creation of the milk takes metabolic work and more fluid than is produced. Eventually the individual would die of starvation and or dehydration.

Need not to worry: Spitting in infants after feeding is very common. Try to avoid rapid feeding and large volume feeds. If too much spitting with fussiness, may be cow milk allergy. Check with your pediatrician. Dont forget, lots of burping !
