Genetic: I'm sorry Rose because I have seen how larger breasts can pull a woman down. Its a genetic thing which has caused this. A surgeon is well equipped to help you deal with this.

You cant: When you are heavier, the breasts add fatty tissue and therefore weight. When you loose weight, they get smaller just like the rest of your body. The only way to make them larger would be with implants.

: Pigmented skin areas are usually benign. To determine the cause ofnyour pigmented areas requires a physical examination. Best choice wold be to see a Dermatologist, a skin specialist, for an answer based on actual visualization. Second alternative, almost the same quality, would be to have virtual examination on one of the many paid examination sites. If it was me, I'd go see a skin doctor.

You should not: count on gaining weight to alter the shape/size of your breasts. You are old enough to consult a Board Certified Plastic surgeon if you are truly concerned about your breasts...there is a whole spectrum of treatment now..some with MINIMAL "inavasive" technique.

Sagging breasts: Hi. You can minimize this.  For instance, the study in the Aesthetic Surgery Journal found that a high BMI and a history of smoking were risk factors for breast sagging. Also, avoid yo-yo dieting. But exercises and certain bras really don't help with delaying the inevitable. You should consult with a plastic surgeon for more information.
