??Galactorrhea??: Possible causes for galactorrhea include but are not limited to use of birth control pills, tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotic meds, some sedatives, fennel, anise, fenugreek, some hypertension meds, cocaine, opioids, hypothyroidism, prolactinoma, renal dz, testosterone deficiency in men ; significant breast stimulation. Get medical evaluation.

Soft tissue strain: In the absence of a mass or skin changes, the pains you felt were probably a strain of the muscle or connective tissue that supports the breast.  Keep paying attention and do a self breast exam to be sure there is nothing palpable.

Be examined: Symptoms as you have described can be caused by pregnancy, thyroid disease or other hormonal imbalances.  A physical examination with appropriate testing would be valuable if your pregnancy test is negative.

Gall bladder problem: There is a good possibility that you may have gall stones or gall bladder disease. See your doctor. He may recommend an ultra sound exam.Just for the record are overweight and how many children do you have?

Need "smokescreen": You need to see a MD and have your lungs and heart evaluated as you are a smoker and this "screening" is necessary to rule in or out a cause for your pain. By the way, you are only 29 years old and with your smoking you may have a short "lifetime" of heart and lung issues if you don't quit smoking now.

i think coming off cycle (part. hyster 07) because my breasts were swollen now shrinking, bad headaches, hot, sleep problems. low in estrogen or prog?

More estrogen!: You are more likely to be low in estrogen than progesterone, but both can play a part.  Unfortunately, serum Estradiol and Progesterone need to be measured, probably with an fsh as well.
