can a person have paget's of breast or any forum of breast cancer for 5 years and not know with breast rashes that go and come for that long .

No: Pagets  disease of breast is carcinoma of the terminal ducts of the breast which essentially is the nipple.  The tumor spills out of the nipple to superficially involve the areola and within months will produce ulcerating skin lesions of the whole central breast.  If left, within a year or so one will have advanced and probably metastatic breast cancer.

i have three small  circular rashes on my breasts.  one rash on one breast, and two on the other.  do not itch, and are raised. inflame more with heat?

Eczema versus fungal: This could be eczema (which is treated with over the counter steroid team) versus fungal (treated with anti fungal cream).  See your doctor if not better with these treatments.

i have crusty itchy red rashes around both areolas. on my left breast, the rashes are also on the skin of the breast. i'm 25, not breastfeeding. help!

Rash: The crusting rashes can be from candida (yeast) or from staph/strep bacteria. You can try over the counter clotrimazole or triple antibiotic ointment as a start, but sometimes prescriptions are needed to fix the problem.

Probably nothing: if you simply have a cutaneous skin rash.  If you have skin edema and significant inflammation, that can show up on a mammogram or ultrasound.

Rash: A rash that has been there for months should probably be seen. Rash can be fungal, especially if under your breast. If coming and going could be some type of reaction, allergic, autoimmune or to medication.

No: There are a variety of rashes but especially if one nipple is involved, we do need to rule out Paget's of the breast

Rash: There is no guarantee of anything. Next time it occurs make an appointment to have it evaluated with a dermatologist.

Try over the counter: The symptoms you are describing could indicate an allergic reaction to something you could have been exposed while hiking. Clean with are with warm soapy water to make sure you remove any particles that may be remaining on your skin. You could try over the counter anti-itch lotions or creams. If no improvement, consult your doctor or dermatologist.

for my 6 years coming and going breast rash its back again for 3 months now creams like cortisone and lotrimin  are not working should i be worried ?

Maybe: If it is from yeast, it may be resistant to the active med in lotrimin and you will need to use something else.  If it is from skin not breathing well, then elevating the breasts , keeping it dry, and powder to the underside of the breast help.

is there a specific antifungal for under breast rash. monistat didn't work.?

Topical or oral: You gp, or a derm should be able to provide you with options regarding topical verses oral precription  antifungals, which are stronger, and work better then otc preparations. Remember to always dry the area well after bath or shower, and application of an antifungal powder to promote persistent dryness through the day may be helpful. Fungi like dark, damp, warm places.
