Mastocytosis: Mastocytosis come to mind! unfortunately those darn rashes , mds need to see , feel and touch them!  a quick visit to your md will sort out this dilemma ! regards !

Yes: It could be due to pressure, sweating or material itself. Acoid this bra.

The most likely : cause would be a candidal skin infection.   It is a bit puzzling that it does not itch or irritate at all.   A quick look by a physician is probably in order.    Over-the-counter antifungal creams that are often recommended include clotrimazole (Mycelex), miconazole (Monistat), and tioconazole (Vagistat). This type of treatment can kill Candida and reduce the spread of the infection.

i have a rash that resembles boils all over my sides, breasts and back. there are about 50 of them. very painful. what should i do?

Boil rash on side: What you describe may be shingles(herpes zoster) i doubt they are boils. Shingles are very painful and go around usually on one side of your body. See your doctor because early treatment is very important to prevent complications.

Probably not: This does not sound like the typical presentation for inflammatory breast cancer.  If this does not get better within 2 weeks, i recommend you see your primary doctor or gynecologist.  It is impossible to evaluate a rash without evaluating it in-person.

Rash: You may have an impetigo or infectious rash. Try applying antibiotic ointment four times a day  for relief.

Rash: The rash distribution is unusual but should be looked at to determine what it is and how it should be treated. See your doctor about it.

Unrelated: These two conditions are likely unrelated.  You may try a Hydrocortisone cream on the rash but the cough, if present for more than 3 weeks, should be evaluated by your doctor.  Occasionally a viral infection can cause both.

Dry skin: sounds more like dry skin.  Skin changes associated with breast cancer do not present like this and very rarely affect both breasts.  Try some moisturizing cream for a week or so and see if that helps.

PRURITUS/ALLERGY: PRURITUS can be difficult to evaluate. You must rule out allergens in home and work environment  Remember " ALLERGIES DEVELOP OVER TIME AND EXPOSURE"  you must keep a diary to assist you, while you are documenting potential triggers, you should be on a H1 blocker Zyrtec 10mg/ H2 blocker Zantac 300mg/ leukotrine inhibitor Singulair (montelukast) 10mg.     After labs and allergy testing serum may be needed
