Gynecologist: The breast discomfort in association with menstrual periods and hormonal effects is not unusual. However pelvic pain, as opposed to some cramping, may be due to endometriosis. I recommend an evaluation by a gynecologist.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your cratinine is okay. CRP is elevated but it should be repeated 6-12 weeks after delivery.

Dont panic!: most things in 21 year olds are not bad and most bad things are not painful.  Is it related to your period?  Are there certain things that make it worse?  What kind of breast history does your family have?  These are all things to discuss with your MD.  If still concerned he/she can order an Ultrasound to reassure you.

Benign causes of breast pain can be caused by weight gain, diet changes, changes in exercise patterns, ill fitting bras, caffeine intake, hormonal fluctuations and others.
