None : None recovery or maybe a weekend, if infection may need to leave wound open and require weekly irrigations but people recover right away once the implants are remove
make sure you consult a board certified plastic surgeon.

I : I have never encountered a true allergic reaction to breast implants. 
If you are referring to capsular contracture of scar around your implants that can be dealt with by your surgeon.  
Capsules surrounding any implant is a normal reaction in the body but occasionally women can develop contracture of that capsule making the breasts feel hard and distorting shape.
This is not an allergy to the implants.
This is not an autoimmune response to implants.
Current thought about capsular contracture is that because the breast has is own normal bacteria and the body can have changes in theses bacteria causing inflammation to occur.
Just like a change in normal bacteria can lead to a sire throat or diarrhea...

So complete removal of the capsule and new implants will need to happen to lower recurrence rates.
Placement of implants below the muscle also has been shown to lower these recurrence rates...
Some controversy regarding lower rates with textured implants exists..

There : There is no replacement for an in-person exam to give you proper advice but it really depends on how large your implants are, how much your tissues have stretched and how much natural breast tissue you have. The plastic surgeon who you consult with should be able to give you some idea of what to expect. I wish you well.

Leaking implant: Yes, if he presses hard enough. If you have a leak, you should be visiting your plastic surgeon for surgical removal and repair.

Depends: Not sure what u mean by "dents". With implant removal, contour irregularities can occur. Alot depends on how much breast tissue you have, the more tissue the less removing the implants will affect.  Alot of these irregularities will improve in time, but the cosmetic appearance may never be to your satisfaction.

could a tumor have grown in my breast implant after my mastectomy to cause my implant to pop? the implant suddenly appeared flat and causes pain.

Need to see your MD: If is saline implant may have leaked out, see your doctor first for recurrence of tumor and  possible replacement of the implant , do not worry they do not pop out.
