Muscular features.: As stretching helps it is likely this is muscular pain.  Mid upper back ache is often posture related.   Heat, stretching and Ibuprofen may be helpful, but if it persists you should see your doctor and get a chest xray.

Fracture rib?: You may be describing a broken rib. Need to see your doc for an x ray. It is good to diagnose fracture so your doc can give you strong pain/cough suppressant and see if sarcoidosis is worse. If so, he can address it with medicines. Need to hug a pillow while coughing. Hope you feel better. Duration could drag for several days or more depending on x-ray findings, cause, healing ability.

Myositis: is a general term for inflammation of the muscle due to trauma. Proper rest, moist heat, NSAIDs OTC for pain control and passive stretching will resolve the condition in 10-14 days. If concerned see your PCP for consultation.

i have a pain under my left breast, it's painful to the touch and hurts when i flex my abdomen muscles and when i move certain ways. what is this?

It's not your breast: The rib cage and chest wall can become sore or strained, especially after vigorous exercise. Did you just join a crossfit class or do 100 push ups? If you are able to take Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin, usually this will help.

Abdominal pain: Sounds like your pain is from the gas moving through you transverse colon.  Also the gas has to travel from the ascending colon to make a turn to the transverse colon and then turn again to the descending colon.  Stretching of the bowel with gas can give you pain as you describe. Generally resolves as the gas resolves. Complicating the is the Lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) you are using which can cause constipation.

Kinda sorta?: Breasts don't have muscles so you didn't pull a "breast muscle." Women have the same muscles (under the breasts) in their chests that men do, so its certainly possible to pull a muscle working out. Hope this helps.

At 22 y/o : I doubt you have coronary artery disease causing angina/chest pain. Pain during pushing point toward chest wall pain/muscle pain. I will advice for a breast examination too.
