No Correlation: I am not aware of any correlation between breast size and shape of buttocks (other than being overweight can mean both may be bigger).

i want to get breast implants and buttocks implants. i need more of a woman's shape.  any suggestions?

Implants and fat : Breast implants are the best and safest way to enhance the fullness of the breast. Silicone gel implants under the muscle is my preference. As for the buttock don't do buttock implants.  There is a high rate of problems including malposition and infection. The best way to enhance the buttock is with fat injections or fat transfer, also known as the "brazilian buttock lift".

i had a small red patch appear on the side of my breast 3 months ago which gradually enlarged leaving a clear centre and defined border. i had subsequent patches appear some weeks later - 1 next to the initial, 3 on my back, 1 on my buttock, 1 in my natal

Girlfriend issues: This is a major problem - you can have her eat a lot to gain weight but it will be weight gain all over not just the buttocks and breasts. So I guess you are out of luck unless you see a plastic surgeon which is in my opinion overkill as she is only a girlfriend.

Tricky: On your back with your head elevated for your breasts, on your stomach for your buttocks.  That is why i rarely combine the two procedures.

Surgery: Herbal supplements only help those who are selling them.  Surgery is the best option for the breasts, although weight training can enhance breasts, butt, and thighs.

Likely not: No, this is not likely herpes. I would see your MD for evaluation. Itching sounds like allergic reaction. Anyone else in family have these symptoms?

Folliculitis?: A common cause of raised bumpy red irritated rash is folliculitis - may be made worse by prolonged exposure to moist clothes. You may want to see a doctor (or do a virtual consult with good pictures of the rash) to get a diagnosis for what is causing your rash.
