May Be Useful: Although blood pressure does not necessarily fall, symptoms are similar to low blood pressure and can consist of dizziness, fainting, headache, sweating, shakiness, nausea, poor concentration and memory, discolored hands and feet, sense of anxiety, chest pains and many others - mostly worse when standing.  Though these may not be diagnostic of brain tumor a ct or MRI may be useful to rule it out.

Yes, but: Positional heart rate changes could be related to a myriad of things. Same with leg or hip pain. An md must talk with you face to face. Believe me, as to the brain tumor, every 1st year pathology student thinks he/she has one! not likely cause.

There are many different types of brain tumors - some very slow growing over decades that cause no problems but may "push" the brain a little.  But others grow very fast, damaging or "crushing" normal brain next to them.

Some tumors start in lung or kidney and metastasize to brain.
