Have them evaluated: I am not sure how one dislocates a knee sitting in a chair. Have the knees evaluated either by a rheumatologist or orthopedist.

Could be any: number of things, including rheumatoid arthritis or occult injury.  Have a rheumatologist or ortho surgeon check you out.

Reduce intensity: Reduce the intensity of exercise. What you described suggests a compartment syndrome. Elevate your legs to facilitate blood drainage.

had csection this past oct & a month later my knee was causing discomfort &swelling 6month later both knees hurt & stiff hurts to walk purple splotchy legs. hair loss.hands & now left wrist & bend of arm is swelling & feels stiff & causing discomfort?

Could be a : flare up of a known or previously undiagnosed, auto immune disease, such as systemic lupus. A visit with your doctor for an exam and testing is very appropriate.

Cause of knee pain: In someone your age the common problems are patello-femoral syndrome, Osgood Schlatters and tendinitis.  These are not serious conditions. Have your primary care doctor examine you.  Sometimes physical therapy can help with these issues.
