: Wait until you are completely asymptomatic before having intercourse. Boric acid should no longer be there after three days so oral sex is safe then.

No suppository: Boric acid is used as an otic solution to dry out ears. I am not aware of any use in the form of a suppository. Unless you are doing under medical direction and supervision, i would strictly avoid boric acid suppositories.

no: That is not a recommended treatment for trichomonas. It is most commonly treated with oral Flagyl and your partner needs to be treated.

Abstain from sex: Boric acid is a very caustic substance and could cause burns of the penis if it came into contact with the penis. It would be advisable that you abstain from sexual intercourse completely while using boric acid.
