Pharyngitis: Can be caused by bacteria or virus. Most occurrences do not require antibiotic treatment. A quick swab by your doctor or at the urgent care center can determine if you need any treatment at all or if home remedies with common OTC analgesics and warm salt water gargle will surfice

: This could be other viral problems or even cardiac.  Make sure to support with good fluid intake and diet in the meantime and if viral often gets better within a few weeks, otherwise needs some labs and a chest xray.

Yes: You may have had contact with someone who has Coronavirus and testing is recommended. Typically there is a dry cough and fever associated. While being tested, influenza testing may be performed at the same time. If you develop shortness of breath, please see a physician.  Stay home, rest, drink fluids and continue to monitor for fever.

"Cold symptoms" ?'s: Breast feeding is not significantly affected by ibuprofen or tylenol for "body aches".  Check with your OB physician if additional meds are needed.

Sounds like the flu: In the Southern hemisphere where you are now, it's flu season. Body aches and that extreme fatigue are key features. Plus, you have fever and a cough. I would call your doctor -you can get a proper diagnosis and possibly some antiviral medication that could help. You may also have dehydration from the fever. Chicken soup and paracetamol may help in the meantime. Hope you feel better.

Influenza test: Better to be safe and have a rapid influenza test since this sounds very much like a viral infection. No fever leads me to think less likely influenza but better to rule it out.

Bronchitis: You have bronchitis. Need to know if there is tightness in the chest or wheezing (asthmatic bronchitis). You do not require antibiotics unless purulent sputum (green or brown coloration). If dm doesnt suppress cough you may profit from a codiene containing expectorant. For bronchial tightness you need an inhaler or theophyllin (200 mg three times a day) or some steroids - like Prednisone few days.

Virus: These are flu like viral upper respiratory tract infections. The absence of fever is reassuring but if you're in an endemic area or have been exposed to any cases or travelled to endemic areas you should isolate yourself from others and call your MD for instructions regarding testing and treatment. Gargle warm saltwater, drink adequate room temperature fluids,suck zinc lozenges,take acetaminophen

Yes: You may have influenza or COVID 19, and please obtain screening locally.
If you have an Albuterol inhaler, please use it as directed. Continue to stay home, monitor your temperature, avoid contacts, drink fluids and rest.
Additional causes include Strep pneumococcus and Strep A. Please have a chest image after seeing your PCP.
