Facial plastic MD: You should see a facial plastic surgeon to discuss options. These include; dermal fillers or fat injections that can be injected over the facial bones or fat pads to enhance your excisting facial bony structure. These procedures can give a very natural enhancement when done correctly. You could also consider cheek or chin implants places over the bone to augment these structures.

Yes: Throughout your life your bones are constantly remodeling.  It is during puberty that the growth plates of your bones slowly close and your bones stop growing longer.
