Probably not: Hand veins can swell for many reasons but the most common is certainly hereditary .  Other factors would be level of hydration, aging, sun exposure  loss of elasticity and volume and possibly pregnancies.Actually, I am amazed at the amount of women that i see with bulging hand veins.  There is no direct connection between blue hand veins and early pregnancy.

Breast veins: If your pregnancy tests are negative over time then you are not pregnant. Breast veins may show depending on the temperature, clothing, weight changes and others.

R/O  LIVEDO: Dilated blood vessels in the upper chest after a strenuous work out usually dissipate after 1-3hrs.  If they persist and at only on one side , I would seek prompt evaluation. People with an underlying clotting disorder or an autoimmune problem can develop a condition called LIVEDO Reticularis. So monitor your symptoms if they persist Or worsen seek a prompt evaluation.

Tests are accurate: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.
