A lot of possibiliti: various things can cause increasing breast size. First of all, you do not mention age. and breast size changes with age and weight. More changes closer to puberty. Other hormonal changes such as plan b but also changes in contraception.

If you were sexual during your last menstrual cycle and you have a delayed period then please get a pregnancy test. If you have not missed your period yet, then do not test yet. Its possible: Depo-Provera has a very low pregnancy rate but it's not zero.  If you are worried, get a pregnancy test. Veins : Veins on the chest are often normal. If enlarged they can mean there is a clot or stenosis in the veins. I have seen enlarged chest veins with a clot in the veins going to the neck  or from thoracic outlet syndrome
