which individual health insurance plan cover acupuncture in state of california?

Ask insurers: I can't advise a given plan because each insurer offers many different plans that cover different things. You should ask this question to the insurance companies. However, my experience is that a plan that covers acupuncture is likely to be very expensive. It may be cheaper to get a plan that covers major medical expenses and pay for acupuncture out-of-pocket!

California health: Well, best i can offer , is this: there should be a tel number in the card. Why not dial that number and connect with someone who has information that you need. After all "your call is important to them" yes indeed!

Mental health facili: Plenty of government run mental health clinics for severely mentally sick people. The government mental health hospitals in all counties. Search the web.

See web site below: For information about this, you can check http://www.Bbs.Ca.Gov/   this site is specifically about "counselors" like social workers, clinical counselors, etc.  You can also check licensure for phd psychologists, and licensure for md's and do's who are psychiatrists.

Covered California: Simple answer:  poor reimbursement and too many regulations.   I cannot keep providing the level of Ophthalmology care  my patients need and deserve with the payments under Covered California.

Type of doctor need?: Are you looking for a primary care doctor (e.g. an internist, family practice doctor, or OB/GYN) or a specific type of specialist (e.g. cardiologist, endocrinologist, etc.)??

Most insurance provide patients with a list of doctors available within their network. Consider contacting insurance company for list. Medicaid (or Medi-Cal) are difficult to find. Best of luck.

HIV treatment norms: I am not sure what you are really asking. But, all combinations of HIV medications should be available to prescribe based upon the genetics of the virus one has in their body.  I do not know of any limitations in any HIV program.
