Blood clots: It sounds as though you are passing blood clots with your menstrual flow.  Small blood clots with menstruation are relatively normal, but if you are passing large clots or primarily clots with very little flow, this could indicate a potential problem. Most doctors offices have nurses who can speak to you over the phone to assess your symptoms. I would call the nurse at your office for their advice.

Basil and pesto: In general, there does not seem to be a risk to humans related to consumption of foods containing estagole compounds. Research related to carcinogenicity is in mice at high doses, not at intermittent low doses consistent with human consumption. Pesto-containing food ingested intermittently should be safe for a toddler.

The words "congenital blebs" are most common used to describe air sacs arising from the upper lung. Small ones are no problem, while larger blebs can pop, causing the lung to collapse (spontaneus pneumothorax). These are most common in people with tall thin torsos. Not sure if that's your bleb.
