Check this out: If this has not gone away I would suggest checking it out. It's hard to say what this may be without seeing it. Skin cancer is always a possibility. Also, a biopsy may be necessary.

Many factors: Try to see what has changed -  anew shirt, clothing that touches the neck area, new detergents, not rinsing off the laundry detergent properly, etc.  If persists then seek help of a physician who can help control symptoms while a work up is started.

May be: There is no consistency to symptoms of HIV. None of the tests is 100% at three weeks. In about 12 weeks, you should get a test of HIV nucleic acids, if negative, it will essentially rule out HIV infection.

However, only a small minority of medication-associated reactions are true allergies or caused by the body’s own immune system over reacting to the drug, and these  need special care.Do genetic testing,take off ones do not absolutely need and then work from there.Difficult situation

Sores in the nose for a month and a half have no relation to middle ear fluid.  A rash on the neck, face, and chest along with the middle ear fluid sounds like  a viral infection or most likely an allergic problem.  See you primary care doctor for an evaluation.

It is possible that you are allergic to one of the nonactive ingredients (filler/coloring) in one maker's pill, but not another, especially if you took this medicine in past without difficulty.  Ask your pharmacy if generic maker was changed recently. Rarely, u could be allergic to levothyroxine
