Many: Almost any liver issue can ultimately include jaundice or yellow eyes.  This would include biliary obstruction, hepatitis, and cirrhosis to name a few broad areas.

i have some yellowing in my eyes. im only 18 and rarely drink. i have no symptoms of liver disease or anything and i feel fine so why are my eyes slightly yellowed? its mostly at the bottom?

: Your description about yellow stain in eyes seems not be consistent with icteric sclera (staining of sclera by bilirubin pigment).
See your PCP who can run a simple blood test evaluating liver function to be sure.

A few thoughts: Is it new?  If within the sclera/whites of the eye: could be pinguecula. If within iris: could be sign of Wilson's disease.  Around the eyes could be a sign of swelling (allergy, kidney problems, medication side effects etc.).  Diffuse scleral yellowing or skin yellowing could be several liver abnormalities, pancreatic disease, or blood disorder involving red cells or platelets.

Partly,: Persons with dementis blink a lot less than needed. You see them staring off into space. The eyes are usually red form dryness irritation. Use lubricating eye drops as needed-; refresh, systane or blink eyes drops all are available as over the counter treatment.

Asthma or sleep apne: Bloodshot eyes may have nothing to do with a breathing disorder. But if you have a breathing disorder and blood shot eyes it could be asthma, or sleep apnea.
