Need more: Data.  Have you been tested for rheumatoid factor, ANA? What type of white blood cells are elevated, and how long have you had your symptoms?  You should consult a rheumatologist, which is a Dr that specializes in these types of ailments.

my dr said he thinks i have kidney stones. did just urine/blood test. i had pain lower right and back area. any odds its gallbladder or something else?

Sonogram or CT scan: Will confirm presence of kidney or gallstones. Sonography is probably better for identifying gall stones, is free of radiation ; is quite good at idtifying kidneys and presence or absence of urinary obstruction. Ct best for kidney stones. Blood cells in urine strongly suggest kidney stone, but imaging is required for diagnosis. Symptoms could also suggest kidney infection. ?Urine culture performed.

ra blood test neg. joint pain and stifnes in simetrical joints. low grade fever now and then. gp just said take pain meds. what could this be?

Many possibilities: Suggest you see a rheumatologist for a second opinion.  This could be infective, could be autoimmune, other.  Good luck.

can appendicitis show up in blood test i have had pain 8 weeks on and off?

Radiology study.: Blood tests will be able to tell you if you have a chronic condition causing inflammation.  An elevated white blood count, c reactive ptlrotein etc.  It will be sensitive but won't tell you it is appendicitis.  A good history and physical exam with a radiology study will help to define the source of your pain.  25 year old female the first thing is a pregnancy test.  Then ovarian cyst then appendi.

my mum has an under active thyroid. she experience intense body pain. blood test done. on meds but of no help. please advise ?

Consult: It is important to know more about her symptoms like duration and severity. Which blood tests were done and what are the medications? Please provide more details.

Not likely: Never say never, but it is unlikely.  The doctor should check for other reasons, like muscle pull, strain, nerve issues.

Many...: Costochondritis, pinched nerve, referred pain, muscle spasms, esophageal spasms, dyspepsia, pleursity. All fairly benign.

i saw chiropodist with what i thought were 3 lingering chilblains on right foot.they said they suspected dactylitis & have referred for urgent blood test.i have no pain at all. should i be concerned? what has caused this? 36yo female?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests, depending on the findings. If you get pain, discharge, fever, or discoloration it would be prudent to see a doctor.
