Otherwise you wouldn't be able to survive sleeping at night, would you? There is no hypoglycemia unless on diabetes drugs.

Normal variation: Both numbers are in the normal range and there is variation no just in the blood sugar but in the readings of the bs meter.  Each meter can vary by up to 20% in number even if youi check blood sugar back to back.
