See a doctor ASAP: This can be a medical emergency.  Needs a full detailed assessment of causes and this will usually require imaging studies (chest x-ray, ct) and examination of sputum along with full history and physical.  If you can see a pulmonary specialist or an infectious diseases expert that might be best, but in any event see a professional immediately.

Tuberculosis: You need to see a physician soon or go to public health clinic where a sputum culture (including acid fast bacilli) and a chest radiograph.  Other fungal diseases and bacterial diseases can also cause chronic bronchitis.  Blood titers can be done for several of the fungal and bacterial disorders, but you physician will probably want to test you using a PPD (mantoux) test for TB and then prescribe.

hi, i had a barium swallow x-ray in february, which was normal. now having some minor issues. also coughing some blood stained sputum, is it possible for esophageal cancer to be advanced now 10 months later. how long does it take to develop. thanks.

Get CXR first: You have to see a primary care physician and get CXR because of cough with bloody sputum. If you have problems with swallowing you have to get upper endoscopy to rule out esophageal cancer or esophagitis.

Nothing: Sounds like the “sputum” was contaminated with fluid from your mouth.  What the report describes are the bacteria normally in your mouth - and is meaningless.

Why did you get a sputum culture?  Check in with the doctor who ordered it
