sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings ; aversions; passing gas; enlarging waist line ; ^ white, milky vaginal discharge. Take pregnancy test to know.

Hematuria: Blood in urine or on toilet paper after urinating can be a sign of multiple conditions including urinary tract infection, irritation, etc.  Take a home pregnancy test if concerned about pregnancy.  See your PCP for further evaluation.

Possible: With first day of period june 21, you would have ovulated about july 5, so the 4th was your best day and the 2nd was close. 

The brown spotting could be from intercourse and old blood from your cervix or bleeding from ovulation.   

If you conceived, the embyo would be just now implanting or in the next couple of days.  

You will know in 2 weeks if you are pregnant but it is possible.

: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Spotting: Very light spotting is not unusual in pregnancy especially in the first 3 months. If it continues or worsens see your obstetrician for evaluation.

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period.

Let your OB know: If you have no urinary tract symptoms of infection or pain it is probably not significant. Sources could be the cervix or uterus. Your ultrasounds would have shown where the placenta is as that can be a source of blood. A urine sample would be reasonable to get. The best advice is inform your OB what is happening.
