Infection: Those are classic symptoms of a vaginal infection called "bv" or bacterial vaginosis.  It is caused by an overgrowth of normal bacteria in the vagina.   The treatment is a prescribed antibiotic.  If she is sexually active it may also be a sexually transmitted disease. She needs an exam.

Hard to say: Blood is usually a reflection of tissue injury. Where/what was injured in that area is hard to pin down without looking. Perhaps you can position a mirror &amp; light in a way you can see. Most such scratching produces a shallow tissue tear that self heals. Just keep the area clean.

Vaginitis: Mens will sometimes cause irritation after periods and sitz bath one or two times a day will take care of your problem but if persists you have to make sure that you don,t have fungal infectin or nonspecific infection. See your doctor if lasts over 3 or 4 days.

Early onset menses: If your sex was not violent or potentially harmful and your bf does not have stds this is likely to be your period starting slightly early.  If you develop other symptoms or the bleeding becomes very unusual go and see a gynecologist and be examined.  Will probably be fine.  Good luck.
