Usually never : Implantation bleeding is much more common on the internet than it is in real life. In the rare situations where does occur it occurs exclusively in people who are pregnant  therefore it always would occur before your period. Since your profile shows you are on birth control it seems very unlikely that you are having implantation bleeding.

Unrelated: The spotting after your period is likely unrelated to the sex you had 2 weeks ago.  If you had unprotected intercourse 2 weeks ago and then had a period, you're likely not pregnant.  The fact that you had this breakthrough bleeding or residual period bleeding is unrelated.  If you want to have more predictable cycles, a birth control pill can help with that as it will stop breakthrough bleeding.

Need Urine Analysis: Blood clots are never normal in urine. An examination and possibly labwork by a physician is needed. Sometimes blood is mistakenglt thought to be coming from urine.

It depends: If you had unprotected sex since your last period, it is possible that the heavy period may due to miscarriage of an early pregnancy, though a random variation in the amount of bleeding is just as, if not more, likely.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Likely no: It sounds as if you had a negative pregnancy test, no?  If that's the case, then likely you aren't pregnant.  If it's time for your period and you had only light spotting but a negative pregnancy test then likely you aren't pregnant.
