ZINC OXIDE ON ACNE: Zinc oxide can sometimes make acne worse by further blocking the pores of the sweat glands. Cut down on nuts, peanut butter, chocolate, milk and all dairy products. If it doesn't get better, see a dermatologist.

Neck cracking: Can sound worse than actually is but can signify degenerative changes in the spaces between cervical vertebrae. Often the sound comes from air in the joint space. Poor alignment of the cervical (neck) spine may be at play here. Consult your doctor or chiropractor.

: We cannot prescribe medications on this forum (there is another HealthTap forum which can) but it sounds like your acne may require antibiotic therapy for a period of time, so Dr visit recommended.  If that doesn’t work you may be a candidate for Accutane therapy.  Try to monitor your diet to see if any certain foods cause flare ups &amp; if so, avoid those foods
