More info: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. When do you get pain? What type? How long does it last? Anything make it better? Anything make it worse? Does food affect the pain? Have you had any surgery ? How long has it been there? Have you tried any medications? Did they work? Did you injure yourself? Pulled muscle etc? Has anyone done any studies? Need a bit more.

Celiac, gluten intol: Approximately 6 percent of patients are gluten sensitive. One percent of patients have celiac.  Gluten found in flour which makes bread can cause bloating and cramping in patients with celiac or gluten sensitvity. Your doctor can do tests like blood work and endoscopy to check for this.

Should resolve: If the bloating is truly caused by infertility treatment then it should resolve as the medications resolve. Schedule follow up with your doctor to monitor for ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. If it does resolve see a gastroenterologist to evaluate other causes.

Gallbladder: It might be a sign of gallstones. You could also be having symptoms from a gastric ulcer. I suggest you go see your GP and have an exam, labs and Ultrasound of the abdomen.

Belly Bloating.: mThis is a nonspecefic but common symtpom. The causes are diverse from indigestion, to pancreatic/biliary problems, to ulcers/dyspepsia, stress to food intolerances. Call in,  or make an appt and we will go through each of these possibilities.

Therefore it would need to be thoroughly worked up by your primary physician and if preliminary workup is negative then he would probably consult with a gastroenterologist. The workup could be from days to weeks to sort out. Make an appointment with your doctor and be ready to provide as much detail as possible.

Probably not but....: If you are passing gas and having bowel movements that is reassuring but in anyone with recent surgery who finds themselves suddenly having worsening abdominal pain it would be prudent to see their primary care provider or general surgeon who did the surgery if the pain worsens or persists.

Check for pregnancy : If you are still getting your periods, this may be premenstrual symptoms, but given your age and symptoms you describe you should get a pregnancy test. If you're not pregnant, consider checking for a urine infection. Back pain may be due to musculoskeletal strains too from lifting heavy items, trauma, sleep disturbances, etc..
