Keep in mind there are many other causes of bloating.

Bloating : It really depends what Is causing your symptoms... Could be a variety of reasons for this such as IBS or GERD (acid reflux ) etc ... Also using antibiotics can cause Mal-digestion &amp; bloating ... You can treat it symptomatically... Semithicone can work for bloating or you can use PPI such as Prilosec OTC to see if there's any improvements .. Next step is seeing your PCP of course !

You : You may be dealing with a colitis, irritable bowel, an unknown allergy, or lactose intolerance. I am not quite sure if your symptoms are related to the antibiotic you were taking or merely a coincidence. Regardless see your primary care doctor and possible a GI doctor (gastroenterologist) for evaluation, work up and treatment.

i got pregnant in oct 2022, it was 7 weeks when i got an aspiration abortion, on 2nd dec. then i got infection in my pelvic & i took antibiotics for that. still after infection is clear i feel weak & bloating persists. can you suggest whats going on?

: Bloating is usually retention of gas that is formed by air you swallow during feeds and bacterial action feeding on the digestive debris. This is diet and gut germ related. Taking probiotics may help by changing the gut germs. Weakness is a vague symptom common to many conditions. Sorting out why would require a history/exam and likely some tests.
