i drink nthing but water all day i work all day sweating but my stomach is so bloated & stuck out like im gaining weight but i'm not, suggestions ??

Over hydrated??: I don't know how much water you are drinking.. But it possible that you are overdoing this water thing... And are all "water logged"??? There can be problems with drinking gallons of water each day such as electrolyte abnormalities hyponateremia or low serum sodium. You mention history of depression and anxiety. Please keep diary of how much water you ingest and present it to your doctor.

i gained 20 lbs in two months. now my stomach hurts with pain, and shortness of breath. also at night i get hot sweats. i am feeling bloated always.

Not good!: Sounds like you may be accumulating fluid in your abdomen for some reason.  Do you have liver problems or congestive heart failure?  I would definitely get this checked ASAP.

MD if sweating stays: Viral gastroenteritis /Stomach Flu,  may appear within one to three days after you're infected and can range from mild to severe. Symptoms usually last just a day or two,  occasionally they may persist as long as 10 days.   Sx  starts off with diarrhea, stomach discomfort,  bout fatigue, , clammy sweat (no fever).  Caution: About 4.8 % Americans suffer from Hyperhidrosis,  seek Rx, if it persist.

Have your doctor check you out, run an ECG and consider a stress test.

Perhaps nothing to do with your diabetes.: It is not uncommon to sweat a lot from pain. You could have gallstones, and ulcer, diverticular disease, and ovarian cyst or even an ectopic pregnancy. If you are that symptomatic you should go get checked out.

About diarrhea...: A simple tummy ache with symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea, whether at home or traveling, may be from a virus infection, bacteria infection, or contaminated food. A normal person, not sickly or on medications, usually recovers fine. Taking a Pedialyte popsicle or 2-3 oz of Pedialyte hourly, plus drinking or eating little else, may settle things down. Otherwise, a Dr. should evaluate.

No: Although magnesium may have a laxative effect, it does not cause sweating and bloating.

Could be anything: Sounds like pains in the neck, chest, and stomaach with associated nausea and sweating. Maybe its time to see a doctor, .
