Blood blister: If there was no fluid or other substances it wasn't a cyst. Blood blisters tend to harden up rather than turn into cysts which are fluid filled or contain substances like cheesy material.

viral infection: A recurrent eruption of tender small vesicles on the same area is most likely herpes simplex.  If you have a prodrome of sensation in the area prior to tha appearance of the eruption it is most likely.  There are medications for this.  See your dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Elbow blisters: Could be eczema or contact dermatitis. rarely could be infection Would follow up w/ doctor today may benefit from topical  steroids  and or antibiotics.

: Uncommon to get an isolated patch of Zoster on an elbow, especially at age 24. Many, many other more likely possibilities. If it persists and is really annoying, see your doctor

Shingles: This could possibly be herpes Zoster (or shingles), especially if these blisters are associated with a strange burning pain. I would suggest seeing a health care provider as treating this early will decrease the possibility of developing long term nerve pain in the area (post herpetic neuralgia)

Shingles ??: Blisters on one side of body especially in older people are suspicious for SHINGLES( Herpes Zoster). If skin is red with several scattered bluster like painful lesions - see MD for treatment . Consider immunization ( Shingrix - Shingle shot ) to prevent future outbreaks and prevent pain ( neuralgia ).

Uncertain : When we think of  illnesses that cause blistering medical problems we think of conditions like poison ivy, or infections like chickenpox and smallpox. Since you don’t describe itching, it may not be poison ivy. You need to discuss this with your physician or see your dermatologist
