i have cluster of blood blisters on chin.  it has become worse with me picking.  they look ugly & keep coming back. i need help please!  desperate.

Need more info: Of course as you know it was not a good choice to pick the "blisters" . As soon as you can, stop the picking, See your primary care physician to recommend a dermatologist for you to see as soon as possible. Delaying is not an option as the situation will get worse without treatment and lead to infection and or scaring.

Blister on chin: If it is a small blister, a bandaid on it till it heals. If it is large, say a dime or bigger, a needle soaked in alcohol can be used to puncture it painlessly at bottom of the blister. Press the fluid out then cover with a bandaid till it heals.

in about a week: You probably got a blister from using too much proactiv. Stop using it in that area till the blister has healed. And then apply it more sparingly and see what happens.

Impetigo: It is likely an skin infection called impetigo. See you primary care doctor for antibiotic treatment. The lump under your chin is an enlarged lymph node related to the chin skin cellulitis.

Stress: "fever blisters"  are caused by herpes simplex and are contagious.  We are all exposed to herpes simplex at a young age.  Some people continue to have outbreaks during stressful times and with exposure to the sun.  Others may never have repeated outbreaks.  Your body was stressed due to the vomiting and fainting episode you had.  Thus, the outbreak of herpes simplex.  

Valtrex will treat this.

Shingles needs treatment and followup, unlike the simple herpes lip sores that go away easily. Shingles is a recurrence of the chicken pox virus called zoster (or Herpes zoster, but is not the herpes in cold sores).
