Aging and Vagina: I would guess that you have two problems at the same time. You have a common yeast infection. And, perhaps with menopause the dryness is related to low estrogen levels. You may want to consider a GYN consultation to see about an estrogen cream to apply to this tissue to help soften it up.

Dermatologist: You may have a condition called lichen sclerosis and atrophicus which is usually quite itchy as well. This responds to potent corticosteroids creams. I recommend that you see a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Probably normal: Blisters form over irritated skin to prevent the nerves from being exposed to air (which is extremely painful). Now that your blister is no longer protecting those nerve endings, they hurt! Cover the exposed, oozing area with a thick layer of antibacterial ointment and cover with a bandage. Keep the area covered until it heals. Watch for expanding redness and warmth which could indicate infection.

have had a raw skin/cut on my ear for a while. nothing heals it. just keeps scabbing, burning and bleeding. anything i can do?

Non-healing wound: If you have a spot on your ear that is not healing and keeps scabbing for a while, it should be checked out.  I would recommend seeing a dermatologist, plastic surgeon or ENT doctor to check it out and rule out any other issue like underlying infection, etc.  It may also need a biopsy.

Itching: can be a symptom in both athletes feet and eczema.  Most Podiatrists can tell the difference on first glance, however if there is a question about it a skin biopsy can be taken.  Most important is to get an accurate diagnosis or the proper treatment to prevent spreading and to prevent infection.

It : It sounds like an eating disorder + ocd, consider referral to eating do specialist/program and treatment with ssri- like Luvox (fluvoxamine) if pt is a young adult in not other meds.

Scars: It is very difficult to remove scars once they are there.  Initially the redness will fade, then after many months or a few yrs, the dark color may fade.  The most important is to stop causing the wounds that leave scars!
