See your eye MD: If the white part of your eye has become blood red, then it is usually a broken blood vessel, which not as serious and can clear in a week or so.  But for anything else, or if you have recurrent episodes, you should see an eye md.

Not sure: What you have asked is not clear. You should urge your friend to see a doctor. Rheum in this country usually has to do with connective tissue disease. If you are talking about a growth this should be seen and biopsied.

2-3 weeks: I would count on two to three weeks, depending on how deep the scratch is and if it gets infected. Total healing time is usually given to be 6 weeks, but 2-3 weeks until it looks pretty good.

Head trauma?: We need more history about cause of bleeding to give educated advise. If your baby was sen at an ED recently and made a diagnosis based on tests, please follow the doctor's advice re follow up and get your regular pediatrician, if different, see the baby ASAP.

Missing info: The more info you provide, like (the kids age/duration of problem/past treatments/etc.) the more likely we can focus on a reliable answer. The nasal membranes contain many fragile capillaries that bleed easily from the trauma of picking/rubbing the face in a pillow/etc. The bluish haze of the lower lids suggest nasal allergies. This is common. Nasal saline washout usually helps.

Yes can be linked: Head injuries are 1 of the most overlooked causes of ocular misalignments &amp; motility abnormalities. You may have had a concussion without realizing it. Concussion does not require loss of consciousness for the brain to have suffered damage. You should see a doctor for the potential concussion (e.g. neurologist) &amp; a neuro-ophthalmologist for the crossed eye condition. Repair may be possible.
