Bleeding: I assume you are speaking of a vaginal bleed.  Irregardless, you need to be seen by a physician in person.  Three weeks of any type of bleeding, especially with pain, needs a prompt evaluation!  Large amounts of blood loss can lead a dangerously low blood levels.

Not normal: Best to see and discuss with your gyn provider.   If you were using it to help menstrual cycles may need to go back on some form of hormone therapy to control them. : I always counsel my patients with the benefits and risks of oral contraceptives, such as Amethyst. If continued birth control is desired, side effects such as heavy period can be managed with a short trial of an non-steroidal anti-inflammatory or short trial of additional oral hormones

Need evaluation: If you have not had an ultrasound, then you need immediate evaluation.  Daily bleeding in early pregnancy can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy.  The usual way that this is sorted out is with HCG levels and ultrasound.  If you have a pregnancy that has been seen in the uterus on ultrasound, then have your doctor perform an exam to look at your cervix.  It might be the source of bleeding.
