Pregnant ?: Starting a birth control pill in "mid-cycle" will not stop ovulation, so if ovulation did occur, it is possible for pregnancy.  Get a serum HCG test in a week to be certain about pregnancy.  Take your birth control pills regularly and within the same hour that you took the previous active pill.

Keep at it.: Continue with your ob/gyn doctors and they will eventually get things worked out.  Sometimes exploring a problem takes time and trials of different therapies, each of which has to watched for its effects before turning to something else. Not related: In my opinion these symptoms are not related or coincidental. The neck pain is most likely from strained muscles, bulging disk or pinched nerve. The epistaxis is from blowing your nose too much. In any case  these are hypothetical diagnoses, and only if you are checked up by a doctor can you get a reliable diagnosis and prevent future complications.

Rectal bleeding: Could be anal fissure, hemorrhoids. But if persisting and no lesions identified , you might need a colonoscopy to look for other causes. Follow up with your doctor.

High: if your hcg levels are low and continue to drop, you are likely going to have a miscarriage. However, if the numbers rise by atleast 50% over 48 hours, then a viable pregnancy can be suspected. You need two beta hcg levels to compare to make the determination.

Blood test : Most commonly if you lost a lot of blood in birth then your doctor will send you home with iron to rebuild your blood stores. If you're worried you could be anemic then make appt and doctor can check your hemoglobin (blood count).  Don't sit at home worrying, call tomorrow for appt or go to er if you are dizzy or faint.

How severe?: You must see a neurosurgeon. Not all subdurals require surgery. Do you have symptoms, like difficulty walking, with speech, seizures?
If you don't need brain surgery, count yourself lucky.

: Your doctor examined you and identified one cause for bleeding. Another could be your menstrual period.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.

i was told i have cin 1 and i have abnormal bleeding. the doctor recommended a leep procedure.  is this a good idea since cin doesn't show symptoms?

CIn: Yes, I definitely think you should have it done to make sure ther is no chance of you developing cancer of the cervix
