i did a hydrogen peroxide douche last night, and now i'm bleeding and my discharge is very yellow . what do i do??

Go to the doc: And get an evaluation . Sounds like you could have an infection . I don't recommend douching because if there is  a something to douche away you belong at the doctors!

i got extremely dirty expired hydrogen peroxide in a small bleeding cut. it had a lot of transparent particles floating in it. what should i do now? i applied neosporin, but quite concerned.

Not to worry: If you are really concerned , wash your hand well with soap, and start again. Just put the neosporin on it , cover it appropriately and DO NOT WORRY-It will be fine and worry and stress are more damaging to your immune system than that could ever be.  So NOT TO WORRY

how can i treat a head injury that had minor bleeding , is it safe to wash with hydrogen peroxide ? or what is recommended ? is it safe to shampoo ?

Hydrogen Peroxide: I use hydrogen peroxide only rarely and recommend to my patients to avoid it altogether. Simple lacerations (bleeding stops with pressure after a few minutes) need only clean water and soap as first aid. Of course a head injury must be checked out by a clinician if possible, but as far as hydrogen peroxide, it is toxic to cells and induces cell death. Its best to avoid it.

i got a cut on my ankle and was bleeding and someone cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide i was wondering if that is fine to use if you are pregnant i am 34 weeks pregnant ?

: Hydrogen peroxide used on the skin will not harm your baby.  Generally soap and copious running water is best.  Getting an infection would be more worrisome.

"It.": All bleeding eventually stops with pressure.  Not sure what "it" was but peroxide does not sound like the answer.

Bottle high, tube on: Attach a soft rubber tube to a bottle, and raise the bottle high after placing the soft rubber pipe in the area you want to douche, the peroxide will descend via gravity to the area.

That is too strong: That may be too strong to perform on a prolonged basis. It is first important to figure out why you are doing that. You may benefit from an examination, cultures and antibiotics or antivirals or antimycotoc agents. On occasion a betadine douche may help but this should only be used for brief periods and not sustained therapy.

No: Douches are just not a good idea. Period. As treatments they are ineffective and they tend to disrupt the natural vaginal bacterial population. This can cause BV rather than treat it.  If you think you might have BV, see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis (or not) and get treated appropriately.

Accepted Answer

Yes that could kill: The sperm.
