Stopped sertraline: unlear when or why u stopped setraline - which may be relevant. sometimes when an SSRI is stopped, there may be a mild adjustment this change, and some pts report dizziness during this adjustment time. Dizziness is also a symptom of anxiety, so could be resurgence of anxiety symptoms. finally, could be unrelated. Schedule a visit with ur doc to discuss &amp; receive the proper diagnosis &amp; treatment

It can!: Hydroxyzine has a sedative effect, generally a very strong one depending on the dose. That is, the more Hydroxyzine the greater the sedation. Combining medications is always a process that deserves attention because you want to avoid interactions. In this case there is no concern with zoloft (sertraline) and hydroxyzine. However, you want to be careful with metoprolol and zoloft (sertraline).

Sort of: It would not cause chronic hypertension in a classical sense. The is a condition called serotonin syndrome that can occur with zoloft and risperdone which is pathological and includes many oter symptoms including agitation, twitching, abnormal vital signs and mental status changes to seizures and coma.  SO yes it could but it would be part other more serious symptoms.

NO ALCOHOL!: You cannot combine klonopin and alcohol.  Klonopin stays in your system for more than a day after taking it as well.  The combination can have an unpredictable / multiplying effect on sedation, respiratory depression, and intoxication.  Alcohol is not worth the risk.  Alcohol can also temparily lower your blood pressure which may not be good to do with Inderal (propranolol) on board.

Zoloft (sertraline) side effects: More than 1 out of 1000 have raised blood pressure from zoloft. It is an uncommon side effect. Sexual side effects may be improved with adding or switching to Wellbutrin (bupropion). Muscle twitching is uncommon like raised blood pressure. If you are having all three side effects from zoloft, chances are you need to be switched to another medication.
