Need more info: You may not be drinking enough water and dehydration may be causing the symptoms. Try drinking more water, enough so that your urine is watery, colorless and odorless. Did you lose weight recently? if you did that may cause it and it will go away with time, without need to gain weight.

It depends: I am assuming you are referring to fainting.  The medical term is syncope.  There can be many causes of syncope.  Some can be serious.  You should see you doctor for an evaluation.  It could be as simple as being dehydrated to a warning of a stroke to serious disease of the heart.

Transient blackout of vision in one eye could be several things including a momentary loss of circulation to the eye, while simultaneous blackout of vision in both eyes could be due to reduced circulation to the brain or other neurologic causes. See your doctor asap!
