Fractional Laser: Fractional laser can reduce the appearance of acne scars.  This should be performed by a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon.

You can use: A retinol, prescription strength is best, to get rid of the black and whiteheads on the arms. I would not reccommend trying to treat scars while there is active acne but fractional czo2 ablation works well for acne scar removal.

will st. ives  scrub for blemish and blackhead clearing work effectively on keratosis pilaris (arms)?

A little for some: The st ives product is trying to exfoliate (shed) the skin "naturally". Exfoliation is a great way to treat kp, but the natural items are not really the strongest, so some may not respond.  Alpha-hydroxy acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid or urea moisturize and soften dry skin while exfoliating. Apricots are supposed to have vitamin a to help, but I use it directly- retin a (tretinoin) is another product.

i have suffered with deep blackheads on my chest, back, upper arms, shoulder(blade)s, some of my thighs, and all over my face for probably about 4 years now. ive tried everything from baking soda to salicylic acid. any advice?

Get serious Rx: When it's this extensive, you'll need prescription-strength rx assuming this actually is acne. With this many blackheads, a retinoic acid preparation is likely to be helpful in combination with some other medication, probably systemic.

Broken Capillaries: You probably have a bunch of broken capillaries or bruises from all the vomiting.  That should clear up in a few days.

Acne Treatment: Talk to a Dr in person or via telemedicine about the options available for Acne treatment. Typical treatment regimens involve washing twice a day with a benzoyl peroxide product, application of medicated lotions or creams after washing, and oral antibiotics specific for acne.

Doubt it: Spider bites worth worrying about don't leave  tiny black dots.They leave significant black/dark holes measuring several mm across and often angry surrounding skin.It may be a bite, but unless it acts up I'd ignore it.

does waxing under arms remove black heads?

See below: It may. However, that's probably not a good thing since the black heads are keeping the pores sealed and ripping them out may expose your skin to bacterial infection, especially in the armpits.
