bursted vein in arm, is it okay?

It is ok.: Trauma to an area will many times cause a vein to be injured and burst resulting in bleedind from the vein into the surrounding tissues resulting in a black and blue mark.  This is called ecchymosis.  Over a week or so this will slowly resolve.  This  is a normal occurrence .  If, however, you have recurrent spontaneous bleeding without trauma then you should see a hematologist.

Do you want more?: If you want to see more veins, people with low body  fat who lift weights seem to dilate their blood vessels more over time so you can see them, as well as long distance runners  where gravity plays a role. If you want to hide or slow down the progression of noticeable veins- some people use compression sleeves while running or lifting weights to control the dilatation.

As you use: the muscles in your forearm/hand blood circulation increases! This blood resturn to your heart using the VEINS! That is most probably the reason they seem more prominent!

Phlebitis: Right arm pain can be from a lot of different things. Since you say vein that recalls phlebitis but not as usual in the upper arms.  
See a doctor for rapid diagnosis and healing.

Is it the vein?: It could be the vein, or it could be the structures surrounding the vein, like tendon or muscle.  Is the skin over the vein red, warm, painful?  If so, we think of superficial thrombophlebitis or just phlebitis.  It can happen with trauma like needle sticks or after putting in an iv.

Vein: Your veins may not be readily visible and if they are thin and rolling, they may be poked a few times until gotten into and that puts extra stress on the thin wall that makes it break.

Phlebitis: Is an inflammation of a vein, which is another rare complication of the venipuncture procedure. Common symptoms of phlebitis are: pain, swelling and redness.The local trauma or injury to the vein can also cause phlebitis. The warm compresses, elevation of the involved extremity and nsaids otc and  “tincture of time” will be enough to treat phlebitis. 
If concerned, see your pcp for evaluation.

No, but it can: Nerves and veins can be very close to each other; sometimes, veins can be hard to find (small or deep or hidden by fat, etc.).  Uncommonly the above problem can occur.

Appearance: They may appear green or blue through your skin color. It is normal even though our blood in our veins is red.

Probably normal.: Veins can enlarge and shrink for many reasons most commonly levels of hydration, genetics, aging, sun exposure, temperature changes and even skin color being more prominent in fair skinned people.  Most commonly what you are experiencing is a normal variation but you probably should see a vein specialist for a full venous evaluation so that they could examine you and answer all of your questions.
