Maybe: Food allergic reactions have been described with oats as well as other grains.  Banana allergy can be associated with latex allergy.  Black pepper allergy is fairly uncommon, but spice allergy is likely more common than previously thought as many persons who had reactions just stop eating it and it may not be reported.  An allergist can help confirm or rule out the above foods as the trigger.

Pepper allergy: Allergy to any food, in this case bell pepper will cause symptoms of oral itching, lip or tongue swelling, hives, breathing difficulty and/or throat closure etc. It is caused by IgE antibody against a specific protein in the food. Food allergy is diagnosed with clinical history followed by skin or blood test and that information helps establish the diagnosis and severity of the allergy

Food allergy: If you ate the squash and had an immediate reaction (minutes to 2hrs) that included hives, swelling, shortness of breath, wheeze, throat tightness, vomiting or passing out then I would be concerned for a food allergy reaction. Would make an appointment with an allergist to determine what could be the culprit foods. Bring list of ingredients eaten that meal to appointment. Avoid foods until seen.

black pepper: I have a couple of educated guesses as to why you might be craving black pepper. The first may be related to black pepper's ability to raise serotonin levels. The second  may be that if you have a deficiency for vitamins c or k, iron or potassium – that may be supplied through black pepper.
